This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document that establishes the terms and conditions for the use of "xLauncher" application ("Application") and governs the relationship between you ("Licensee") and the owner of the rights to the Application ("Licensor").
License
1.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the Application on a computer running the Mac OS operating system.
1.2. The Licensee has the right to install and use the Application on multiple computers owned or controlled by the Licensee, provided that the number of concurrently running copies of the Application does not exceed the number specified in the accompanying documentation.
1.3. The Licensee agrees to use the Application only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
2.1. The Licensor remains the owner of all intellectual property rights associated with the Application. The Licensee acknowledges these rights and agrees not to infringe upon them.
2.2. The Licensee is not permitted to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Application or any part thereof to third parties without the prior written consent of the Licensor.
Limitation of Liability
3.1. The Application is provided "as is." The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
3.2. The Licensor does not warrant uninterrupted operation of the Application or its suitability for the Licensee's specific needs.
Term and Termination
4.1. This Agreement shall come into effect upon the Licensee's installation of the Application and shall remain in effect until terminated.
4.2. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement in the event of the Licensee's breach of any of the terms herein. In such case, the Licensee shall immediately cease using the Application and delete all copies thereof.
Miscellaneous
5.1. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
5.2. The Licensee may not assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to third parties without the prior written consent of the Licensor.
5.3. The Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement by publishing an updated version on its website or by any other convenient means. The Licensee agrees to periodically check for updates to this Agreement.
